Just as necessity is the root of all innovations, success is the fruit of innovation.

The most successful people in the world are also the nerdiest, weirdest people and some times downright out of touch with the reality of the today’s world (Steve Jobs, T. Edison ringing a bell).

What these people lack in the general common sense, however is vastly overcompensated in terms of their brilliance , intelligence and innovative approaches to problem solving.

Step 3: Don’t be afraid of brilliance no matter what package it comes in.

Remember geniuses are not fashion models and fashion models cannot be geniuses. They belong in different departments, even if you employ both……………………..
