As well, when it was mentioned the farmers prefer quantity to quality, I lost interest. Interesting video. LikeLike Reply Hi…… I could have chosen a shinier video I suppose, but I chose this one because it is about an emerging profession that chose to combine the preservation of natural diversity with a job, rather than using a rampantly exploitative capitalistic approach that is preferred over in oriental countries etc. Over there, they kill the clams brutally and sell the meat which is very expensive; frankly it turned my stomach…..
